One of the best parts about being a writer is that it relieves stress, helping me to relax. When I am having a bad day, I start writing and I feel so much better. Plus, being a writer takes me away from reality for awhile taking me to unknown adventures :)

I listen to a lot of music and take a few breaks and walk to clear my mind, so I can have a fresh start. I than relax and watch some TV, after that I am ready to go :)
