This is all pretty new to me and I have to write in my spare time, but I am most inspired to write when I've been thinking about my story all day. It stews inside my head for awhile and I can't wait to get home and add to it. Also, reading other author's great stories inspire me - there are so many out there.

I am currently working on my next book entitled "Unclaimed Regrets" about two high school sweethearts meeting back up at their ten-year class reunion. It's a mixture of high school and how they met and present time, trying to sort out their feelings for each other.

Just do it - don't wait for the "right" moment or it may pass you by. My husband kept telling me I should write and I just laughed at him. One day not only did I take him seriously, but myself as well. I don't want to stop anytime soon.

Being able to tell your story the way you see it playing out in your head, and trying to get some kind of reaction from a prospective reader - any kind of emotion is better than nothing.

Hasn't really happened too much but when I feel a scene is falling flat, I shut the computer and within the course of my day, it usually works itself out in my head.
