Hi Maggie. I won a copy of your book "From Beer to Eternity" in a Goodreads giveaway, but when the envelope came today it was empty, with this message stamped on it: "Received w/o Contents as USPS Pitt NDC 15095". That zip code is in Warrendale, PA! The empty package finally made it to me today. What can we do? Val Stein

Hi...I won your book "From Beer to Eternity" and I just received an empty envelope in the mail and I think it was supposed to contain your book? It was mailed from BALDWINSVILLE, NY 13027 which my husband said is near Rochester. The flap was not taped shut so it may have easily opened in transit. Help?

How do you get inspired to write?
Maggie Lamond Simone That's a good one - if I knew, I could market it and quit my day job! Inspiration typically comes to me in the form of a simple thought - one concept from which I know I can create an essay. I think of my beginning, I think of my ending, and the rest just comes. Once the beginning and ending are done, as far as I'm concerned, it's done.
