Tera Lynn Childs Thanks for these fun questions, Emily! I answered them in my latest Ask the Author video (https://youtu.be/35S46jcpyhw) and blog post (https://teralynnchilds.com/ask-the-au...).
Tera Lynn Childs I hope to write more Quince and Lily Fins books someday, but I'm not quite sure when that will be. In the meantime, there is a novella (Pretty in Pearls) about Lily's best mer friend Peri and I am publishing another novella about another secondary character later this year.
Tera Lynn Childs Yes, I think these books are totally appropriate for a 13-year-old! There is some smooching and some mild swears.
Tera Lynn Childs I'm not 100% certain when I'll be publishing a new series. Currently I'm working on more books in my existing series and possibly a stand-alone book. (You can see what I've got planned here: teralynnchilds.com/looking-ahead-2018/) I do have one new series idea floating around in my mind that *might* start as early as Fall 2019. Stay tuned! :)
Tera Lynn Childs Gah, I wish I had Fins and Gods news for you! I am working on a big shiny new project that is going to take a while create and it is consuming all of my writing time. I think that fans of my mermaid and mythology books will LOVE this new world (that, of course, takes place in the same universe as all of my other books). Hopefully I'll be able to share news about that soon! Make sure you're signed up for my newsletter so you hear the news first. :) xo
Tera Lynn Childs No, sadly it's just the two books.
Tera Lynn Childs Sadly, as of right now, it's just the two books. xoxo
Tera Lynn Childs Oh wow, tough question! For book recommendations, I would definitely say: Ally Carter, Sophie Jordan, Alyson Noel, Jaclyn Moriarty, Stacey Kade.... Gahhh, too many to list! Hopefully that gives you a starting place.

And I hope to keep writing in the Oh. My. Gods. series someday, it's just a matter of finding the time in my schedule... O.O
Tera Lynn Childs Awwww, thank you!!! I'm so glad you love the Darkly Fae series. xoxo

Fun fact: I used to *live* in Springfield, MO! I actually graduated from high school there. O.o

The Darkly Fae series, however, is set in the Pacific Northwest (I picture it as the forests beyond the suburbs of Seattle). And it's contemporary, but since fae time doesn't run at the same pace as ours, it's not necessary happening right *now*.

Hope that makes sense! xoxo
Tera Lynn Childs Awww, thank you! I have more plan for Lily and Quince someday. I just have to find time in my writing schedule to actually write them. O.O
Tera Lynn Childs Yes, definitely! They're on my list (and, in fact, they're on my schedule). It's going to be a while before I can share any news about this, but I am planning on writing another Oh. My. Gods. book and TWO more Forgive My Fins books. Stay tuned!
Tera Lynn Childs Haha! I'm not sure the world could handle an entire book of that much awesome, but I did write a short story about them... http://teralynnchilds.com/medusa-meet...
Tera Lynn Childs Aw, thank you!!! So glad you loved the books! Sadly, as of right now, it will just be the two books in the series.
Tera Lynn Childs I AM!!! I'm actually working on it right now. (Well, not *right* right now... I'm answering your question.) But I've been pulling together an anthology version that has all five novellas in one AND it will be available in print as well as digital! I haven't announced the release date yet, but soon. Soon! Stayed tuned for news and details. (And sign up for my newsletter to be the first to know: http://eepurl.com/keMxb)
Tera Lynn Childs From a magazine spread (maybe InStyle) about snake-themed accessories. I don't really like snakes, but they looked so cool... I was already writing about Greek mythology, so they totally made me think of Medusa. :)
Tera Lynn Childs Sadly, as of right now, it's just the two books. But you never know...
Tera Lynn Childs Thank you so much! I love those characters, too! While I don't have anything set in stone yet, I do have ideas for more stories in the Sweet Venom world. A couple of novellas (starring Thane and Nick, maybe), more from the triplets, or even a spin-off series... I just have to find time to write them all! xoxo
Tera Lynn Childs Thank you!!! I love those two couples so much! I'm planning to write a pair of novellas--one for Thane (and Greer) and one for Nick (and Gretchen)--in the near future. As soon as I find some extra writing time in my schedule. xoxo
Tera Lynn Childs Awwww, thank you!!! So glad you loved the Hero Agenda books. xoxo

I'm juggling a bunch of things at the moment: my second book in the Creative HeArts series, re-releasing Pretty in Pearls and Goddess in Time, putting together the print version of my Darkly Fae series...

As for writing, I'm just about to start the first draft of my next book, which is a whole new thing and a total top secret. *evil grin*

Also, I'm hoping to get back to Lily and Quince someday soon. I just have to find time in my schedule. :)
Tera Lynn Childs For now, the series is only planned as two books. But you never know!
