I would happily choose the barracks of THE GOOD SOLDIER: SCHWEIK as described by JAROSLAV HASEK. From what I remember, it is the height of hilarious life among the people in uniform, perhaps I can hope of producing a another sequel, that is, a sequel to Catch 22. The book contains many instances where military drills are being devised for common things of life, like daily ablutions. Perhaps I can add a few more for the modern life like cell phone use.
