This is a tough one! I fall for even my own fictional characters and often find myself thinking about them long after the story ends. In this way, their story keeps going, which could be why I've been inspired to write a sequel to both of my first two novels, NEVER THE SAME and THE DEVIL I KNOW. If I HAD to choose between Briggs & Lucy and Adrian & Julia, I would probably choose Briggs & Lucy as my favorite. Perhaps it's because I was more emotionally invested and moved by their struggles.
Another favorite fictional couple would be Joe Fox & Kathleen Kelly from the movie, YOU'VE GOT MAIL, which is my go-to movie when I'm sad, happy, or need background noise that won't distract me. I could recite their lines in my sleep, and have mentally written a YGM sequel, mostly because I want more Joe and Kathleen! Also...Tom Hanks & Meg Ryan—what's not to love??
