Leann Harris Julie hears the voice of her dead father. She walks into the room and finds his wallet on her bed.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Leann Harris When I was writing Lt. Brenda Kaye's story (A Ranch To Call Home) she has a brother. He got his own book. The hero in Brenda's book also has a brother. His story is next after I turn in Joel's story.

How do you get inspired to write?

Leann Harris When my youngest went to grade school, I didn't go back to teaching, but I wondered what to do. My husband bought me a PC and the rest was history.

What are you currently working on?

Leann Harris Book 2 in my Rodeo Heroes series. If you read A Ranch To Call Home, the new book is Brenda Kaye's brother, Joel. I will come out w/ book 2 in Legacy of Lies in October.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Leann Harris Join a writers group. RWA, ACFW, southwest Mystery Writers. They will help you, show you what you need to do & read your stories. All those groups you can Google & find the nearest chapter. If there isn't one close to you, they have long distance chapters w/ email. I've belonged to all 3.
