I cannot believe I just saw this question. Yes, I know what happened. Amazon canceled the pre orders on me unexpectedly, and refunded everybody. Once they do that, they can’t undo it even if it was a mistake. The book is available for purchase, however. I’m so sorry I never saw this question so that i could have replied in a timely fashion. Thanks so much for your support over the years, it means so much 😍

Not really my life, but my husband's: When my husband was a teenager, he went to tour an old, historic home in Scotland. He walked inside, felt odd, and then realized he knew every inch of the house and could tell you what could be found around every corner. And he'd never been there before in his life! Or, at least, just in *this* life? :) It would make for a great paranormal.

The release date for WTMS is 12/7/15, though it'll be available for preorder sometime next month. I don't know the exact date.

I'm going to answer the best things about being a writer because I cannot narrow it down to just one... I love the flexibility - when you have young children, it really helps. I love being able to have some control over where the story is going - though reality and my characters' own demands fight me every step of the way. Finally, I love knowing that my story has given another person joy....

When writer's block takes over, it's usually because I haven't worked out the details of what is supposed to happen next. When that happens, I either take a walk - which usually gets the creative juices flowing, or I call a friend and pick their brain - because sometimes I'm so caught up in the details, I lose sight of the big picture and do not think outside the box... the ole 'can't see the forest for the trees' syndrome.
