Quinn Tyler Jackson While not my most recent book, "Lament of an Architect of Babel" is my most recent unified piece of fiction of some length. This work came to me upon the death of my writing mentor. Facing issues of mortality and on the cusp of a failed marriage, I searched my soul and transformed the distress into what was originally entitled "When Satan Sued the Barfly."

It helps to understand why I chose an architect to be the protagonist when one looks at my career: I am a software architect. None of this to suggest it was autobiographical in any way; but the themes should ring true, at the very least.
