The idea for Thinking 101 was what I call an "inspired idea." I was driving to work and was thinking that our schools do a poor job of providing curriculum on how to think for ourselves, breaking down barriers that our conditioned lives and environment help build.

The best think about being a writer is when I hear people's thoughts about the thoughts I've put down on paper. I love stimulating ideas in others and starting conversations or provoking that "ah-ha" moment.

For me, the best way to deal with writer's block is to continually write. I write everyday whether I feel like it or not. It's just a good habit and once I get started, it's hard to stop.
