Thank you so much for the reviews! I don't have plans to revisit the world. It's possible I might do some bonus scenes--I'll have to leave myself a reminder. I can be back about remembering to do them. Thank you!

I'm so sorry I missed this! I didn't see either email notification. Thank you for posting and letting me know. I'll search for all the books in the series and add any I don't find. I also need to make sure they link to me since they usually go to an author with the same name who wrote textbooks. Apologies again for taking so long to answer.

Hi Taya! I'm so sorry I didn't see your question for so long! Sigma Menace comes first, then it splits into a shifter series spinoff, Pale Moonlight, and the vampire series spinoff, New Vampire Disorder. The two spinoffs don't need to be read into any order; they don't overlap. And both series could probably be read without reading Sigma Menace, but many of the characters are introduced in Sigma Menace. Thank you for the question :)

I'm sorry I missed this question!!! Seven months later... I want to answer anyway.
For my paranormals, the first series is The Sigma Menace. Then Pale Moonlight spins off with standalone shifter reads with characters from the first series. New Vampire Disorder spins off with the vampires and is not standalone reads, but each book is a new couple. Pale Moonlight and New Vampire Disorder can be separately or simultaneously. My new paranormal series Angel Fire is not connected to the others.
The Fanboys series is all by itself and not connected to other. If you like billionaire reads with some pop culture sprinkled in, this series hits the spot.
My first contemporary western romance series starts with The Walker Five and they are mostly standalone but best read in order. The spin-off series is Part-Time Cowboys and is set up the same.
Again, so many apologies for missing the notification that I had a question posted.

Hi Dessie,
The Sigma Network is the nasty corporation bent on enslaving shifters. They're full of super soldiers and evil scientists and while they front as a human led organization, they are supported and sponsored by vampires. The overly ambitious vampires that want to cling to their old ways and reign supreme own Sigma.
I always liked the word "Sigma" and when I started writing it, I wanted to use it.
Thanks for the question! Sorry for the delay in answering :)

I'm so glad you liked it!! There's another spin-off, Pale Moonlight, that will follow shifters. A hybrid may pop in for one of the later books - especially Ronnie ;) He needs a happily-ever-after. The first book, Birthright, is about Jace's sister, Maggie. I'm writing book, Ancient Ties (to release Jan 2017) and that's Kaitlyn's story. Thank you for the question!

Good question! I'm fairly new to the GR community, so I'm not familiar with the "series by" listing. I'll have to look into it. Rebound and Shooter are not Sigma books, but Fleet Week Romances and are meant to be independent reads.
My best guess at why only two of the four Sigma book have a designation depends on what version was linked to my name. Only a guess. I just know that sometimes I have two versions of a book - one from Smashwords and one from...not sure where it comes from. Since there's another Marie Johnston author out there, the GR Librarians need to link my books to my profile for me.
Thanks!

Oh yes!! I'm working on book 4, Lawful Claim, which is about E, her partner. X will get her story told in book 5 and I really hope to do her justice (she's my favorite!).

As long as I can remember everything was about romance for me, and in the days before smartphones (when I had to entertain myself), I would make up romance stories around feelings, scenes on TV, snippets of eaves dropped conversation, whatever. Now that I've started writing, it's so fun to incorporate all the inspiration I'm surrounded with.

I'm continuing with my Sigma Menace series. TRUE CLAIM, Book 3, will be out very soon with RECLAIM, Book 3.5, to follow shortly. I'm really excited about a Navy romance short story series that I'm wrapping up to be published later this summer. Each short story will be a stand alone read. There are sooooo many book ideas banging around in my head, it's hard to be patient when I just want to sit and write them all out!

I feel like I'm still an aspiring writer...so I guess I'd say just write. No matter what, just sit down and write.

I have a lot of kids and work part-time so I love that it's flexible and can be an escape from the real world when I can't leave the house.

I'm so new I haven't struggled with it yet. But I'm what I've learned is a pantser - I write by the seat of my pants (most of the time) with no preplanned script. So if I'm struggling, I work one sentence at a time. Any time I can let my mind wander, like when I'm out for a run, I find answers to how a scene plays out just appear.
