My latest novel 'What Happened to Rose' will be published October 26th, 2016. I finished it this spring and started on a new novel - topic a secret, as usual. I have a hard time talking about a current project. My husband is the only person who knows the story line. We go on long walks together and he has to listen to me verbally sorting through the chaos in my mind. Poor guy, I say. Lucky guy, he says - and that's why I love him.

Read. Read. Read. And then write. And write. And write. Never stop. Never give up - which isn't hard to do if writing is your passion. And if it isn't, get passionate about something else in your life.

Being able to do what I love best. Writing is my passion, I can't imagine a life without dreaming up stories - or absorbing the stories life writes for other people ... so I can write about those.

I don't. So far I have never had writer's block - very fortunate. It's more the opposite, I need to stop myself from writing too much.
