You are so welcome! And rest assured, the world our characters in this series inhabit is open and inclusive for everyone, including their servants. They take very good care of all who fall within their circle of friends. :-) And "Buggerment" is a term Louisa Cornell and I find ourselves using *often* during our many adventures whilst researching our novels in England. Our last research tour unexpectedly coincided with the Queen's funeral, which required 1-2-mile hikes just to get a cab in the massive crowds...

I'm a sea captain and delivered a lot of yachts out of Charleston Harbor to all points up and down the Caribbean. My first novel, "Fortune's Horizon," is about Civil War blockade runners who anchored near where I commissioned my boats. Spending so much time in Charleston, I soaked up the history.
