Right now, I'm engaged in planning a book tour. First stop:San Francisco, November 29 at the Federal Reserve Bank. January: my hometown, NYC. Other cities around the country TBD.
My book touches multiple, diverse audiences. I am now working on ways to make my message relevant to their particular concerns. I am not currently working on a book; my next projects will be short-form, likely studies of particular aspects I touched upon in the book.

Let me answer this about my first book, Five Sisters: Women Against the Tsar. I discovered memoirs from Russian populist women of the 19th century, and it struck me immediately how similar the issues were to those we were dealing with in the late 1960s and 1970s.

I have spent my career working to bring capital and economic opportunity to low-income and minority communities. I was the cofounder of the movement that is the subject of my book, Democratizing Capital: Origins of the Community Development Financial Institutions Movement. As the movement reached a milestone--20 years--it seemed a particularly good time to consider it in historical perspective.
