Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Miriam Zolin My current manuscript has a strong jazz theme. The idea to write about jazz and improvised music came through my own experience of the music, as a dedicated listener. Jazz and improvisation is inspirational, transformational and heaps of fun - a great way to add uplift to a story!
