What aren't I reading would be the better question ;)
I am finishing the 3rd book in the Demon Road trilogy by Derek Landy, some of the classics from when I was a kid like Frankenstein, Famous Five, The Time Machine and a few others. It depends on what mood I am in when I got to read.
No matter what, they're all fun.

Observing. Watching the world and the people in it: how they behave, what they look like, personalities etc. Also from other books or movies can sometimes spark something.

I don't try to push through it with whatever book I am currently working on. It is easier and less stressful to simply put the manuscript aside for a while. Most of the time the block disappears fairly quickly and I can get back to work on that particular manuscript. While I have put that project aside, there is always others to work on.
