M. Malone Thank you so much! Honestly I’m having a blast and that’s my main secret to success. I think if you love what you do, others will see that passion come through in the work. Plus, having so much fun means you won’t mind working hard :)
M. Malone I would go to Hogwarts! My 11 year old book worm self would have loved going to magic school. I think I'd just practice spells all day and walk around that enormous castle :)
M. Malone I'm so glad you're loving the SHAMELESS world! The follow up series FORCE releases in one week and focuses on everyone's favorite bad girl JJ. I can't wait for you to see what craziness the Blake Security crew has to deal with this time.
M. Malone Lots of people have asked about follow up Alexander books so it's very likely that I will do one. Whichever characters get the most comments in the reviews will be the ones I focus on first. There's also a Jackson + Ridley bonus novella coming soon so make sure you join my newsletter on my website so you don't miss it! minxmalone.com
M. Malone Thank you so much!! I just saw this (not sure why Goodreads didn't notify me!)
M. Malone Hi Shirley! In my head I imagine it as being a carved out section of Newport News and Hampton, right on the James River and across from Norfolk and Virginia Beach.

In the beginning, I thought about using the real cities as the setting however I really enjoy having my own little town. It's a lot of fun to create their own unique history.
M. Malone Hi Becca! I have so many people ask about Sam that I definitely see him getting his own book in the future. Maybe a happily ever after with an Alexander cousin :)
M. Malone Excellent question. I actually do my own covers already but I've had to update several times because (a) good multicultural stock art is very hard to find and (b) experimentation to see what works best.

I tried super sexy covers for a while and surprisingly, my fans seem to like happy, romantic couples on the covers better. The first two books feature bi-racial heroines and so far I haven't found art to really reflect that well. But as the market evolves I truly hope the stock art world will respond and give us better art choices!
M. Malone So many of my readers ask about Bennett! I love it. He is up next after the book I'm currently finishing. His book "Just One Thing" (Book 6) is going to tackle the issue of falling in love when you're already in love with someone else. Unfortunately neither of his loves are named Heather. Unless you spell Heather K-a-t-i-e. I can accept an alternate pronunciation :)>

My books usually feature weird relationship scenarios because I love the messy stuff. So you can expect the usual Alexander shenanigans as my awkward hero tries to learn how to flirt.

Thanks for the great question!
