I use anything for inspiration. The littlest things that happen to me can be the inspiration for writing, from my morning commute to the conversation I have with someone at the coffee shop.

I got the best advise from another writer who told me not to wait, but to start writing now, even if it was only for a few minutes every day. Because of her advise, I got started, and eventually finished my novel. Don't wait! Write!
Julia Colquitt Allen As a divorced Christian, I faced many of the same feelings of guilt and failure as my heroine. I still believe that in God's perfect will, marriage is meant to be forever. Unfortunately, we live in a fallen world, and we are not perfect people. God in His mercy offers us forgiveness and a chance to pick up the broken pieces of our lives and start again. That's the message I wanted to share with my readers through my book.
