Urgh, the dreaded writer's block! We all get it.
I try not to fight it now, but go and do something else. I think the story finds you when you're ready. I'm on my 11th book, overall, and trust the process. Once I get going, I can write 50,000 words in three months.

I've just started writing Sprite Sisters Vol 10, The Power of Four. It follows on - and will conclude - the series. I'm searching hard in my mind for ideas for this at the moment. So many threads to draw together to conclude the series.
Fischer Verlag have asked me to write a prequel series - three books as Flame, Marina and Ash get their magic powers. I have to tie this in with Vol 10, so there's lots to think about.
