My tribute the originator of nonsense poetry Edward Lear. I have written a sequel (the Quangle Wangle's Back!) to his original poem the Quangle Wangle's Hat and it is out as an E-book soon. The book is illustrated in the style of Lear (who was an amazing artist and cartoonist) and contains the original poem, my follow-up and a cast of new odd-ball characters like 'the stinky-winkler-Beazle-bub Fly who carries a smell that brings tears to the eye". The new book also contains a short biography of Edward Lear's extraordinary life to help bring him to the attention of a new generation.

I write whatever appeals to me or where I have an incentive. My book SAS Operation Galia is a tribute to my late father and records his wartime activities behind enemy lines in occupied Italy. The book is based on all the research i did in Italy and the UK and includes original photographs taken on the operation my mother had in her drawer for 65 years. My children's books all entertained my own kids originally but now help educate and entertain a new generation.

My new book is called 'the Quangle Wangle's Back!' and is a sequel to Edward Lear's 19th century masterpiece 'the Quangle Wangle's Hat'. I wrote all my children's books originally to entertain my own two boys but they are now grown up and i love to now use the books to help children to read and enjoy rhyme and storytelling.
