(view spoiler)[Hi minesayn, tigergirlnz here. I have no idea what 'care' or car you drive but I recognised you from BC so tried to befriend you here and couldn't find the right answer to the question. Me? I don't drive any cars but I love to read like you! (hide spoiler)]

Prius, except not any more. Like you, books, are what I care about!

Not necessarily this summer, but I have a copy of S (Ship of Thebes) written by J.J. Abrams that I want to read. I suspect it will require complete concentration and even taking copious notes to understand all the dynamics of this one. Fortunately, I can probably talk my older son into reading it, too (he has read some of it while he was deployed.). There are probably at least three or four story lines plus all the other bits and pieces related to the book. Anyone interested in a group read; any takers?

No mystery, but I once traveled via plane with a layover. My ticket to the final destination had no seat number and was to be assigned at the gate. No ID was requested so I wondered if it could be possible to create a mystery from it (like could it be possible to use this method to help abused people escape from the abuser by switching a person for another?).
It's either that or I lost my mittens and don't know where to find them.

It was actually my cousin's book, and I returned it to him after I finished reading it. I am embarrassed to admit that it took me years to sit down and read it.

The phone rang. She answered only to hear silence and then the automated voice began.

I would go to Galt's Gulch and meet all the amazing men and women who inhabit the valley. That is, if they would allow me in. The fictional area is in Atlas Shrugged and reading that passage uplifts me.

Write, and write some more, and then re-write.

My favorite couple, Dagny Taggart and John Galt, come directly from my favorite novel, Atlas Shrugged. Yet, her relationship with Hank as well as Francisco, are equally compelling. I never read this book without getting involved with her struggles to find 'the destroyer,' the man who said he would stop the motor of the world by removing those men and women who were the movers and shakers (that is, the producers).

Thanks; the feeling is mutual.

Thanks for the compliments, Elyse, but I am just myself. Aqua yoga sounds amazing (never done it, but...) except doing downward dog for too long seems a bit risky without a snorkel.
Now, when are we going to read the 4th sort of Steig Larsson?

I think I would; will check it out as I enjoy sailing.
