Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Tom Germann I'm actually just finishing up my next real estate book about getting into investing in real estate. I am a Realtor so I see how someone could smoothly move into this instead of trying and figuring it out over a few years. The process is usually not fast but it IS a process that can be done over and over again.
