Stephen M. Feldman Clear writing about constitutional law and politics is no different from other clear writing. Avoid jargon, explain technical terms in everyday language, and use simple declarative sentences whenever possible.

Stephen M. Feldman On my computer monitor, I stuck the following maxim from Jerry Cleaver, Immediate Fiction (2002): “You don’t get into the mood to write. You write to get into the mood.” So just start writing.
