When I have writers block, I just try to take a break and think about where I want to go with my book, what I want the characters to get out of it.

The best thing about being a writer is coming up with the story in the begining. It's fun to try things out and build characters and plot lines that make you feel something. When you put the whole story together, it's like watching all of your dreams come together.

Sometimes I have a spark of an idea that I have to write down so I don't forget it. Inspiration for me can come from the littlest things. If I get an idea, I have to begin writing immediately before I lose it.

My most recent book came up because of many reasons. The book "Stoned" is a mixture of my curse for eternal singledom and my facination with fairy tales (and mythology). I wanted to write a light hearted fairytale that made light of all the issues people face in the modern day.
