Amy Bearce Hi Pandorraa! Thanks for your question! I was inspired to write the book when we were living overseas for my spouse's work. We were in Germany, about five hours from Paris, and I knew after our first trip to Paris as a family that I wanted to set a book there. I just didn't know what the story would be. So the next time we went, I was looking for story ideas. My youngest daughter asked why there were so many padlocks locked on bridges and corners and such... so I explained that tradition said that two people would "lock" their love together forever by locking a padlock with their initials on it and throwing away the key. She half-jokingly asked, "But what happens if the lock breaks, then?" and suddenly, the idea dropped into place. The military kid component came about naturally because I'm one myself, and we were living among the military community in Germany at the time, where many families took advantage of the proximity to locations for travel.

I'm so glad you enjoyed Paris on Repeat and that you let me know! You made my day. :)
Amy Bearce Hi Pauline! Thank you for your kind words! I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed both books! You've made my day. :) Curiosity Quills hasn't set a publication date yet for the third book, but I'm *hoping* for May 2017. It all depends on how long everything takes in the development process, though, so at this point, there isn't an official release date for Dragon Redeemer. But I'll definitely post when I know something more certain. Thank you for asking!
