I find something else to do, then come back to it, I figured out what is causing it. For me, the two longest writers blocks have been when I miscalculated a journeys timing and when the chapters from hell got through with me. Once I dealt with the problems the block moved itself.

I read a lot once I learned to read, I'm dyslexic. I made it through some of the toughest times in my life due to the books I read, they opened my eyes and helped me deal with my own pain. I felt I owed it to the authors that did so much for me to pay it forward.

Find your voice. The characters I came up with for M'Diro are all, to me, wonderful, but it wasn't until I found Chloe to be my voice that the writing took off.

I am editing the first novel Chloe's Collar, all of the short stories are the lead-in to that. I am also writing the second novel, Chloe's Fathers.

I've been working on the world itself for years, Chloe kind of happened by accident. I Had tried stories before but they never really went anywhere, so I invented a character to see the world and through her introduce it to the readers.
