The company. I'm a publicly functioning introvert, meaning nobody knows how much happier I am when I'm alone. Like an alcoholic waiting to get home from work, but replace the booze with coffee and podcasts.

I am always inspired to write, because that's how it is when you have a story that must be written. It just hangs in your mind, and you can't even undrestand why you're standing in a damn grocery store when the ideas are literally leaking from your ears! The harder part is disciplining yourself to put it out when you actually are in front of a keyboard.

Almost finished with the third book in my fantasy series. The main quest is a search for soul gems containing the spirits of dragons, but of course the main adventurers run into lots of fun along the journey!

While doing so, I review the current situation and visualize how the character(s) in the story came to where they are, whether to mean a location or an event. It really helps to pinpoint a character's feelings, any character, and what they might want to happen next.
I write that.

I'm catching up on R.A. Salvatore's last two books in the Companion's Codex, and I've been thinking of starting over on some Terry Pratchett or Douglas Adams works. Other than fantasy I'll be looking for a biography, a history book, a piece of literary fiction, and last but not least, another book to help me along with my writing.
