Sorry for the delay. I was thinking that now might be a good time for an updated version of the book as well as converting it into an ebook. There are a lot more things I've learned since writing the book. I'm building an online course to teach people how to clear their homes with energy. It will have some of the techniques from the book, but also some new ones and further insight on how things work. Doing this kind of thing teaches me new things every time I work with someone. Thanks for your question.

The mystery surrounding the death of my grandmother. She passed suddenly, of what I don't know. I grew up in Hawaii. At the time of her death, people were still balancing belief systems between the old Hawaiian spiritual beliefs and new Christianity. It was said when my grandfather rushed home early from work to check on his wife, there was a shark's head in the yard. A sign that she had been cursed. The family legend is that grandma passed away by being prayed to death.

Book 5 in the Sex Demon Series is actually a book that will answer one of the running questions that I've weaved all the way through books I-4. It's answering a question about the disappearance of a character introduced in book 1 named Keely Beck.

Inspiration almost entirely happens for me from dreams. If I'm working on a scene and I'm not sure where I want to end up with it. I usually wake up the next day with the answer in my head. Although sometimes inspiration for a scene can come from me having a conversation with friends. It's odd how things hit me sometimes.

I work on several manuscripts at once. I have currently have four books I'm working on simultaneously. Yes, I know, I'm insane. I'm working on book 2 in my Mating Season series, book 5 in my Sex Demon Series and two other books that I'm not sure what I'm going to do with yet.

Quit aspiring to be a writer and be one. Finish the book. It's going to be terrible. The first draft always is. After working on a manuscript for so long, being able to type the words, The End, is amazing. Don't deprive yourself of the pleasure of it.

I get to relay all the fun situations and characters I have in my head. The other thing I really like about it is when I'm holding a copy of the book in my hand. Looking at it on the computer is one thing, but having it in my hand makes it real. I love that.

I don't really gets writer's block. The reason being is I write several books at once. If I get stuck on one, I switch to another. For me, writer's block is about not being able to see where to go next with something. That tells me I need to step away from it for a bit by working on something else. When I'm ready to come back to it. I usually can pick up where I left off and keep going.

I would have to say my favorite couple from the series so far is Gwen and Evan. Not that I don't like my other couples because I do, but right now Gwen and Evan are at the top of the list. Evan is rock solid in his belief that he's a bad person and Gwen is calling BS. I love that she's tiny compared to him and she's going to tell him what's what.
