It's often said "write what you know," and "write a book you would want to read." I've found novels set in cyberspace to be quite rare, and the ones that exist tend to be either flawed or too technical to be fun. So that's what I set out to do: write a big, sweeping action-adventure novel not about outer space, but about cyberspace.
