Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Erin Stair I lived it. It's a very short yet intense time frame. I wanted to dissect it and bring out all of the emotions.

How do you get inspired to write?
Erin Stair Talking to others, observing others, running, taking baths. I get a lot of inspiration on runs and in the bathtub.

Erin Stair The meditative feeling it brings me.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Erin Stair I don't write when I have writer's block. I run, travel, take photos, practice krav maga, etc., Everything is cyclic. Eventually the urge will come back.
