Grayson Hawkins The second novel is fully written but is in the process of editing. Since I also work a full-time job this process seems to take me forever, but as I want to get you guys an excellent follow-up novel I am going to take my time. I have made the statement to try and get this novel released by the end of the year, and I am a pretty far into it now so I believe that is still an achievable goal.

I'm so excited to know that there are readers out there waiting for the sequel and I guarantee you will like it.
Grayson Hawkins When I am having a hard time getting through a particular scene in my novels I like to read a book. Nothing hones your writing like reading other author's writing.
Grayson Hawkins The absolute best thing is when people actually download or order your book. It means so much to me when I see someone take the time to give my novel a read. There are millions of books out there, but when you see someone invest their free time in your writing, it really feels good.
Grayson Hawkins My primary advice is to work with a group of editors, formatters, and proofreaders. Having a group of dedicated individuals makes this entire process much easier. Aside from that, just stick with it. Not every idea is going to be a success, but if you just keep on writing, eventually something will take off.
Grayson Hawkins I am currently working on getting The Extinction Pandemic out to the masses, and as soon as that goal is on its way, I will begin re-writing book two of the series.
Grayson Hawkins Writing just comes to me very naturally. I can write a few pages, stop to take care of my family, and pickup where I left off. I cram it in wherever I can, and over time, I get my projects completed.
Grayson Hawkins The idea for The Extinction Pandemic was actually created when I wrote this series the first time. Since then I re-wrote the whole series, starting with this novel. The original idea came to me about eight years ago when I wrote a 70 page manuscript for the story. It's taken me three iterations of that story to get it to today's story.
