Spenser and Susan Silverman from Robert B. Parker's Spenser novels. They accept each other for who they are and don't try to change anything about the other. They take their relationship as they can, sometimes it means being apart, but they are still deeply in love with each other.

While reading a lot of books on Wicca when I was younger, I came across certain practices that were said to have been practiced by "witches" hundreds of years ago that were adapted for Wicca. One of these was performing outdoor rituals while nude. This practice is known as being "skyclad," as in "clad only by the sky." I liked the term and thought about a murder mystery of a killer who was targeting Wiccan women, and burning them as a punishment for being witches.

I deal with writer's block by writing. If I'm working on a Felix Valentine story, and I get stuck on a part, and can't move forward, I'll switch to Spider and Fortune. If I get stuck there, I just start writing, current moods, thoughts, feelings, anything just to get writing. A lot of times, it's like mental drain cleaner and the mere act of writing will unstick that plug and get the words flowing again.

I am currently working on the second Spider and Fortune adventure, called Skyclad. The fellas are helping search for someone who has started their own witch hunt in Peoria and are killing Wiccans, pagans, and other non-Christian faiths.
This story is not anti-religion in any way, but is an idea I started writing a long time ago and am updating for the Spider and Fortune series.
