Well, I guess for comedy and sex, I'd choose Janet Evanovitch's Stephanie Plum and Joe Morelli & Ranger. The flirting and animal magnetism jumps right off the page.
For mystery, I'd choose Anne Perry's Charlotte & Thomas Pitt. They are a sweet couple who work well together to solve murders.

Thank you Cathy for the offer, but since I don't read much fantasy I don't think I could give your book justice. You could look at reviewers of similar books and pitch your book to them for a possible review. Amazon also has a listing of top reviewers. Look through them and find the ones that like fantasy/romance.
