I'm really fortunate in that largely I love what I do. Full time I get to do the things that inspire and bring the best out in me so finding the inspiration comes quite easily.

Day to Day we have a lot of real estate developments going on and while I don't actually have to be on site that takes up some time overseeing it and liaising with attorneys and other professionals. We are just finishing a great online training program teaching others how to successfully create long term and ethical wealth in Real estate. Finally my next book is due out towards the end of 2015 so we're working on that as well.

Be true to you. Don't try and copy another writers style or language, be authentic and true to yourself. The audience will know if you're not being congruent.

I open a new document and just write anything, whatever is in my head. More often that not after ten minutes of frantically typing random thoughts and ideas these thoughts start to form a group of valuable points.

Definitely getting emails and messages from people that have been inspired or taken action, or now just believe that success is possible.

When I began studying habits of the successful and wealth creation strategies I noticed that all books tended to fall into one of two categories. 1) Mindset or 2) Strategic. At the end of the book you can be left with a great mindset but nothing tangible to get out there and do or lots of actionable points but not the mindset needed to make a success of it. I wanted to leave people with the psychological and tangible tools for success.
