Experiencing crazy, heart-breaking, fun, wild and totally over the top things I'd never get to live out in real life. Sometimes it's cathartic, and I can express emotions that have been bottled up inside me for years. I can say things I'd never say, under the guise of a different person, in a totally different world from my own.

I try to get away from the computer. Seems counterproductive, I know. But I find that if I do something other than stare at a blank page, ideas some to me. My mind wanders when I'm folding laundry or doing dishes and I come up with some pretty great ideas.
