Minotaur is a dark, and morally ambiguous, psychological thriller. I wanted to explore the impact of trauma on someone who wasn't an ex-soldier, or Kung Fu master, he's an author and history buff. I was interested in finding out what would it might take to push this character to breaking point and beyond.

Don't spend too much time thinking about, or talking about writing... get on and do it. I'm a big believer that "writing is re-writing" so it's only when you have a first draft, that the story really starts taking shape and characters define themselves.

If I hit a brick wall it's usually because I've taken a misstep somewhere in the plotting process. For instance, a character may have made the wrong decision, or I've spent too much time exploring an irrelevant story thread.
