That's a good question. I'm still trying to find good ways to deal with it. Sometimes things like chopping bell peppers and/or shampooing seem to work. But when I shampoo my hair while thinking like 'Gosh...what should I do with this? That? Motive? Oh yeah...' I tend to spend like an hour in the bathroom. My family don't like it. But shampooing my hair often works.
