Will there be a book 3 to your 'Brooklyn' series?

Elizabeth York Yes there are 3 books to finish Brooklyn's Story, but there will be a stand alone after her adventure is over for Mark and Taylor.

Elizabeth York I anticipate Nov/Dec.

How do you get inspired to write?

Elizabeth York I stay inspired. I get up every morning and teach my kids. (homeschool) Then I do my homework. (college) As my kids go off to play I sit down and I let the characters come through until I am needed or sleep beckons. I get up and do it again day after day.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Elizabeth York The rush. I love the rush I get when someone says they love my book. When someone says "I can relate to..." I get a natural high that says I am fulfilling my purpose in life, and I love that.

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Elizabeth York Turn the radio on, turn it up, and then dance in your socks. Let everything else go. When your tired and sweaty go grab a water and a shower. Then settle yourself into your seat and let it flow.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Elizabeth York I had a dream one night that I could not shake. It was months later I was still thinking about it. I sat down for a creative writing seminar and was told that I should copyright it and make it a story.
