I would describe a life mystery as something that occurred and I don't have an answer how or why--it's a mystery. So that might include any life experience I can't totally explain. For instance, why was I born in a country of wealth when so many in the world have very little. But here's where imagination comes in--a story of a person who does their best to feed the hungry, but the greedy and foreign country beaurocrats get in the way. Will the heroine succeed or will her life be endangered?

Loving stories of England, I think I would choose Harry Potter, where one could choose between both worlds, having modern conveniences, yet experiencing old England and the wizard's world. I would work in the library of the school with its unusual and fascinating books. A close second would be Outlander, but the travel to the 1700's would prove difficult, I think for me!

This is an appropriate question with Halloween around the corner. Here is the two sentence horror story. Thanks for stopping by.
Ian approached his aunt's house for dinner, but it was dark inside, so he knocked on the door and it flew wide open. He called out for his aunt as he grabbed for the light switch inside the door when something bony grabbed his arm and he managed to pull away and tore off down the street with adrenaline propelling him.

The Dog Who Saved Me by Susan Wilson. I received it as a gift after reading A Dog's Purpose. And I'm on the lookout for summer beach reads. I like Karen Kingsbury, as a Christian writer anytime.

Romeo and Juliet come to mind. They had such pure love for each other despite the circumstances, and were even willing to die for it.

Being able to reach out to others with a story I feel needs to be told. After this, it's the creativity of writing the book.
