Write something every day. You will wind up with a lot of crap, but inevitable nuggets of gold lodged therein. If you don't get the bad ideas out of your system you will never get to the good.

Step away from your writing and try to stimulate your mind with some other form of creativity. Watch a movie, listen to music, etc - and don't force it to come back. Also, keep a pad and pen handy because it'll invariably come back when you're away from your usual writing environment.
