When I learned about what it meant to be a Highly Sensitive Person, it changed my life. This realization helped me accept myself for the first time, and I felt compelled to share information about being an HSP to help others. I felt there was a need for a book about HSP that was lighthearted and entertaining, as well as poignant and helpful.
