Patty Blue Hayes I am currently working on another self-help book to follow the first one I wrote, My Heart Is Broken. Now What?

I'm committed to helping people heal from heartbreak in a healthy way, and I hope to help them not make the missteps I did.

I'm also looking for people who've gone through break ups / divorce to contribute to my next 2 books. Anyone interested, please get in touch. You don't have to be a 'writer' per se, just have your story to share to help someone else.

Those two books have specific guidelines - get in touch if interested.

And, I'm not quite ready to reveal the next "journal account" experience, but I really love writing about life experience in the moment and I do have an idea . . . a vulnerable one (of course!)
Patty Blue Hayes This book is a journal I started writing while I was waiting for a flight back home from vacation after I caught my husband sexting and he was relieved to tell me the marriage was over.

Something inside said, "Start writing. This is your book."

I'd wanted to write a book that would help "adults" since I was 11 years -old. Life certainly gave me plenty of opportunities to write about various experiences, but I chose not to. Either out of fear, shame or ego.

This book is a wide open look at the cracks in my broken life, when I just wanted to numb out from the soul crushing pain of my life crumbling before me.

For anyone who's gone through the dark night of the soul - my story is for you.
