Most of all, be patient. It takes a long time to produce quality work and then get it published. I spent five years revising my novel. Then I waited almost a year to hear from the publisher. Took almost another year before it went to press.

My dissertation. When this is finished (hopefully sometime this year), I'll get to work on my next novel. I have the idea, but nothing has been put to paper yet.
