A book I may title, Armageddon Denied! This will be my sixth book using my NYPD Detective Mick (Micko) O'Shaughnessy as my main character. It will revolve around a terrorist plot in NYC that will be thwarted by my protagonist.

I walk along a lonely boardwalk early in the morning and look out at the sea. The lack of TV, computers and phones give me clarity.

I used to be a police officer in Penn Station and had occasion to go deep underground below the existing station. Most New Yorkers don't know that the subterranean catacombs go many levels underground. I was recently in Penn Station and thought, what a great book I could write about the scary tunnels underground here. One of our most primal fears is fear of the dark, and unknown.
