Clare Bostock I connect with myself, listen to music, meditate, journal - I write one word on a blank page and see where it takes me. The most important thing is "I have faith; the words will come."

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Clare Bostock The idea for my journ-book collection was inspired through a calling I had aged 18 years old, and through my work work with homelessness and based on a personal philosophy " Let us all make life beautiful, simply, by being human." Be the Human Sunshine.
