I have to get centered again. I will meditate, forcing myself to do so at times, so that I can come back to me again. Also, music is a huge motivator. I love movie scores and, depending upon what I'm writing about, will choose appropriate music from that genre. I write ghost and thriller stories mostly, but am not into hack and slash movie music (that kind of scary music frightens me LOL), so I gravitate towards thought provoking/suspense/drama type music over scary stuff any day of the week!

I love mug desserts and was looking for low fat versions of my favorites. I also needed gluten-free. I found some great recipes online and tweaked them to make them low-fat and also conjured up gluten free versions. I am getting ready to update the short eBook (Mug O'Love Desserts) with more recipes, and have decided on a whole series of books using recipes I use here at home for all our meals. Organic, gluten free, low fat yumminess! Thanks for asking!

I am currently working on the sequel to "Scattered Leaves: The Legend of Ghostkiller" called "Beyond the Legend." Also, Talking to Ghosts which is about my experiences with the supernatural, and a series of recipe books because I love to eat and need low-fat gluten free recipes all in one place!
