You can query agents endlessly with zero results, but your best bet is to get an author friend to submit your book to his (or her) own publisher. That's how I got published. My friend, Robert Rosen, was someone I worked with some twenty to thirty years ago, and we kept in touch.

I worked as an editor for over thirty years. When I turned 60, my latest work assignment was a magazine with a readership of submissive men. To research my target audience, I investigated femdom. After about a year of seeing submissive men (as a dominant woman), I realized this could be a book. Six years later, my memoir was bought by the first publisher to read it.
