Start the darn book. Just do it as NIKE says. Even if it's 50 words today, perhaps 100 words tomorrow get it on.

The voices in my head talk back to me, and that is considered okay.

I walk away from the book for a time. It could be a couple of days or up to a week. I refresh my mind by doing other activities. It can be as simple as cleaning, or taking a walk around the river by my house.
