Thank you Doctor for your kind words.
I hope you'll return when the life here gets better because as you know ISIS took control over some cities (Anbar, Mousl..other parts). So there are many casualties especially from our army and the supporting force.
Baghdad and southern cities are better but the medical community is not good in these cities for many reasons (medical supplies, lack of good training, corruption... and other factors in addition to the people who will fight with you if someone died even if the doctor is not responsible) so it's difficult here but we are doing our best. Thank you again doctor for your words, they became a source of inspiration for me and changed my mind for neurology to neurosurgery but i don't know what will happen in the future, which specialty i'll choose. May God enlightens your way in this life and in the afterlife. Essam
