Will there be a 2nd book coming to “save my heart”??

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Kristi Jun My dad was tragically killed so I wanted to write about a heroine who'd lost her parents. I wanted to explore the idea of struggling to find justice for her family, her grief, and the complex nature of family relationships.

How do you get inspired to write?

Kristi Jun If I write only when I am inspired, I won't get much done at all. Some days I am not inspired at all, but I also know this is a business and so I get my butt in that chair and get my words done for the day. Sometimes it helps to read a chapter from my favorite writer. Other times, I watch a movie that inspires me to sit down and write. What ever it takes to get my butt in the chair and write. I hope my answer is helpful.

What are you currently working on?

Kristi Jun I am working on a new series called Sinful Ladies of London Novel. My first book in the series, Sinful Pleasures, is about three women who meets under most unusual circumstances and start a school for fallen women. And, of course, each heroine will have her happily ever after.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Kristi Jun The best advice I can give is to simply sit down and write. This is the advice I got from published and successful writers. Just write and figure out as you go. Also, know that this is a business and if you want to be published (indie or traditional), you will have to treat writing as such to be successful.
